The Thomas Mini Hot Plate heats up to 1000 mL of liquid. Durable 4.5" diameter cast aluminum top plate provides an even heating surface. Bi-metallic thermostat offers reliable heating control and powerful heater reaches maximum 400 degree C temperature in minutes. Compact design saves bench space. Built-in support rod holder with locking knob allows a 0.5" diameter rod to be attached directly to the unit. UL, CUL and CE marked. Units include a 72" cord, 3-wire cord and plug. 230V models are supplied with a Euro-style plug. The Thomas Fixed Temp Hot Plate exhibits the same features as the Mini Hot Plate but with a fixed temperature setting of 400 degree C. With the flick of a switch, simply turn the unit on and the powerful heater reaches a maximum of 400 degree C in minutes.
