The Chemglass CLS-1480-14 polypropylene solid cap has a molded lip seal and is designed for use with GL-45 size media bottles. Polypropylene (PP) construction provides excellent resistance (no damage after 30 days continuous exposure) to weak or diluted acids, aliphatic alcohols, and bases and alkali, and good resistance (little or no damage after 30 days continuous exposure) to strong and concentrated acids, aldehydes, esters, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. The cap is steam autoclavable to 140 degrees C (284 degrees F) at up to 15 psig (pounds per square inch gage). The pack includes ten gray caps.
